8/08 – 4/15:  Project Controls Specialist; EnergySolutions, Richland, WA

Provide project schedule development and contract performance monitoring (EVMS) of resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6 Enterprise software; create and maintain labor/non-labor reports and project deliverable spreadsheets; provide project cost tracking, monitoring and reporting, which includes the preparation of baseline change requests, estimates to complete, monthly accruals, labor reclasses and project work authorizations; prepare project budgets and construction cost estimates.

Between 8/08 – 1/11 my primary assignment was the DOE Isotek project in Oak Ridge, TN

2/11 – 4/15, I supported international projects in China and Korea/UAE. In addition to project controls responsibilities, I also provided logistics interface duties for transportation, packaging and shipping/delivery of vendor-fabricated equipment to client’s facilities.

3/08 – 7/08:  Project Engineer/Manager; EnergySolutions, Richland, WA

Provide project management, scheduling and vendor oversight duties in support of the K-West Basin sludge sampling campaign; duties included technical interface between Sludge Treatment Project (Fluor Hanford) personnel and subcontractors providing fabrication and machining services; provided project coordination between STP and K-Basins to ensure all necessary procedures, plans, work packages and other project documentation is prepared and approved; provided scheduling, project status, implementation and recovery plan support to the Sludge Treatment Project.

3/07 –3/08:  Buyer Technical Representative; EnergySolutions, Richland, WA

Provided project management oversight/supervision of multiple steel fabricators in the construction and delivery of Retube Waste Containers (RWC) used for the storage of irradiated reactor components removed during the re-tubing of Units 1 and 2 at the Bruce Nuclear Generating Station in Ontario, Canada.

10/99 – 3/07:  Project Engineer/Scheduler; Waste Management/Duratek/EnergySolutions, Richland, WA

Created project schedules using Primavera P3, Primavera 5.0 and Microsoft Project scheduling software; integrated individual schedules and resources into an engineering consolidated schedule; provided updated schedules and reports to project engineers/managers;  performed project planning and cost estimating; prepared task order proposals, work plans and cover letters in response to requests for proposals and statements of work.; prepared operations and maintenance sections of packaging safety basis authorizations; wrote purchase requisitions; assisted in procurement specifications in support of client and vendor contracts.  Performed project manager duties on selected engineering projects; conducted 7A container testing; provided field interface, task coordination, and supervision at client facilities.
